MORE ABOUT ELIZABETH:
Elizabeth helps people connect with themselves through the exploration of gentle movement, breathing techniques, and meditation.
Based in Columbus, Ohio (United States), Elizabeth teaches trauma-informed yoga classes for teens and adults. She is a certified Accessible Yoga teacher, an iRest® Level 1 teacher, and a Reiki practitioner.
A writer and former journalist, Elizabeth began practicing yoga regularly about 15 years ago. She was seeking a way to reduce stress and regain her spark while living with chronic illness. And, she wanted to learn how to do things that seemed impossible, like feel relaxed and stand on her head.
She enjoys being in nature: Tending to the garden, hiking, or leading a walking meditation through a forest.
During her classes, workshops, and online offerings, Elizabeth strives to offer a welcoming space to help students establish or deepen their yoga practices and live with a greater sense of ease and well-being.
