As some of you know I am a qualified Yoga teacher with a personal practice of over 3 decades.  My love of learning and all things embodiment, has led me to learn two new movement practices. And I would love to offer you a chance to practice with me whilst I learn how to teach them.

Together we will dance and move together learning how it feels to move intuitively in your body.  We will start with an inspiring eleven weeks, all the classes are free as I am learning how to teach them.
