1.5 Hour Movement Inspired Class with Raphaelle Sareenah Cox to dance with the energies of the theme of the week.

Mondays and Wednesdays from 16:00pm - 16.30pm GMT
30 minute Movement Inspired session with Raphaelle Sareenah Cox. Mondays will focus on reflection, Wednesdays on releasing.
Tuesdays from 16:00pm - 16.30pm GMT
30 minute Movement Inspired session with Raphaelle Sareenah Cox. Mondays will focus on reflection, Wednesdays on releasing.
